Details:

groff(7) describes the .rfschar request as: "Remove the definitions of
entities c1, c2, ... for font f." The Texinfo manual, however, describes it
as "removes glyph definitions defined with 'fschar' for glyph f."

Since "glyph f" makes less sense in this context than "font f," I presume the
info manual is the one in error. Attached patch fixes this.
